Hello Netherworld Academy! As promised, I, Floogy (mun of Kaguya), have app'd another character!
Say hello to Pamela Arwig, from the little known game Rosenkreuzstilette. More accurately, the sequel. Think of RKS's background as kind of an X-Men theme, except replace mutants with magi and replace the government that wants to repress them with the Church. No, not any particular religion. It's more or less a fantasy world with some futuristic technology.
... also, she's app'd in from the alternate timeline in the sequel where she is the main character.
She's a noble, captain of an organization known as the Schwarzkreuz (Black Cross), has a minor obsession with dispensing Justice, and was fooled into thinking she was doing God's work by beating up the good guys (she did make up for that latter by beating up the little girl equivalent of Dr. Wily at least).
Pamela also thinks she has Divine Power, when in fact she's just a magus too. Feel free to point this out to her if your character can tell the difference.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, she is totally troll bait.
