Evangeline Runs An Evil Plot!
With the introductions and the zombie incident going on, we're a few chapters into the sequence. And that means it's time for Evangeline McDowell to organize and run an evil plot for humorously petty reasons. She's supposed to be a villain, after all, and that occasionally means working on something worthy of a little street cred.
In this case, her plan is simple - screw with a bunch of students in various ways, sometimes to make one or another point, other times just for her own warped idea of fun. Her plans to do so include, but are very much not limited to turning students (other PCs) into her vampiric minions (one bite appears to be enough... Though admittedly getting that chance to bite someone isn't always easy, and I'm looking to have some shenanigans occur).
Some things to know about this:
1) Anyone Evangeline bites will be under her complete control. This is not "will fight this or even hesitate" kinds of situations. Evangeline's influence is pretty obvious.
2) Anyone under Evangeline's control who gets beaten up enough to get sent to the hospital will be cured by the nurses as part of treatment. (Apparently getting bitten and hypnotized by vampires is a disturbingly common malady in the Netherworld.)
3) While maid outfits are likely to be A Thing (Evangeline likes her maids), other elements are up to the players of her victims OOC'ly.
With that said, I'm looking for three types of volunteer:
1) People Evangeline can bite and turn into minions for a while.
2) People Evangeline can mess with, poking at their flaws in some way, but who are NOT bitten.
3) A few People who ultimately help stop her villainous rampage on the poor Netherworld campus and leave her to her cabin and her vampiric boredom.
