But she's not officially council member until she can make an AC.

What the Floog said is true-Gewn barely got into the council by one vote (Apathy, yay!) but since she missed the activity check I was holding off on confirming. Just go make a thread, get active again, and you'll be able to vote in the Dark Assembly.
